The rooms are bright and spacious, perfect for families. The kitchen made mealtime a breeze. Staff friendliness varied. some were great, while others could improve.

The room I booked, a Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds, accommodated my family well. It featured a nice kitchenette that made snack prep super easy. Clean towels piled up nicely for our use. The staff were attentive, especially when my toddler accidentally activated the emergency alarm. They quickly confirmed everything was fine and even checked in on us later. Unfortunately, there were significant noise disturbances from the guests above us, and the kids really struggled to sleep. Despite notifying the front desk multiple times, the noise continued late into the night. A knock on the door at 10 am from housekeeping was unexpected while we were still getting ready for checkout. The amenities offered, like laundry and a pool, added value, but the experience was marred by the noise issues.
